| 2 | Sub Grade preparation:Providing and laying approved red gravel as sub-base material for sub-grade preparation, including spreading over the proposed area, leveling with JCB, watering as required, dressing to required levels, and compacting with road roller to achieve a stable, firm, and uniform foundation. The finished compacted sub-grade thickness shall be maintained at 12 inches (300 mm) complete in all respects as per specifications and approved levels as per instructions of site incharge. |
| 3 | Placing of Cement drain pipes:Providing and laying 300 mm diameter *3.0 m length cement drain pipes in proper line and level as directed by the Site Engineer, including excavation of trenches to required width and depth, dressing and leveling of bed, providing necessary sand/earth bedding (if required), lowering and laying of pipes, proper jointing, testing for alignment, and backfilling with available excavated soil in layers including watering and compaction complete in all respects.(6Pipes) |
| 4 | Reinforcement work:Providing and laying Reinforcement steel 8 mm dia including cutting, bending, binding and placing TMT steel reinforcement of 8 mm diameter for RCC bedding, placed in both directions at 150 mm center-to-center spacing, including binding with 18 gauge binding wire, proper placement, chairs/spacers, and all handling charges transport charges complete in all respects as per instructions of the Site Engineer at two locations. |
| 5 | RCC Bedding:Provide and laying of RCC bedding for drain pipes (4.0 m * 1.0 m * 0.15 m thick) at locations with M20 nominal mix complete in all respects as per specifications and approved levels as per instructions of site incharge. |
| 6 | Base Course Construction :Providing and laying wet mix of 40mm, 25mm and 20mm aggregates, spreading with JCB, dressing to line and level, watering if required, and compacting with suitable road roller to achieve a compacted thickness of 8 inches (203 mm) including all labour, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, transportation and all incidental charges complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Use graded crushed granite metal from approved quarry Note: all relevant MORTH and IRC Codes to be followed. |
| 7 | Drainage Forming:Provide and carry Earth work excavation for drainage forming 610mm width x 610 mm depth at required places and any other works with JCB as per instructions of site incharge. |
