Removal of existing carpet from floor surface including dismantling, removal of adhesive residues, floor cleaning, collection of dismantled material including disposal within 50m lead and all complete as per direction of enigneer in charge

Providing and fixing 8mm thick laminated wooden flooring of approved make and shade, over prepared base, including providing 2mm thick foam underlay, laying of interlocking wooden planks, cutting, edge finishing, all complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer - in -charge. Make: Action Tesa or approved equivalent

Dis-assembling of existing office table (Durian) including unscrewing, removable of fitting shifting within premisies, and re-assembling at designated location, fixing of all nuts bolts screw, minor repair if required and all complete as directed by engineer in charge

Providing and fixing laminated wooden skirting of approved make, thickness and shade 70-100mm height fixed over prepared surface using adhesive/ fasteners including cutting edges, finshing, polishing and all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Providing and Fixing laminated wooden door profile ( T- moulding / reducer/end profle ) of approveds make, thickness and shade, fixed in position using adesive/ screws, including cutting, edge finishing, and all complete as per manufacturer's specifications and as per direction of engineer-in-charge
