Providing,laying,spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness,hand packing,rolling with wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stage to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density ( for Grading-III)

Providing, laying, spreading of Stablized graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing with with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.5% Emulsion in unform single layer on sub-base/ subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achive the desire density.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503

Providing and laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet by Manual Means of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm agregates using V.G.-10 grade bitumen bitumen to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on previously prepared base by manual MORD specifications 508 (excluding cost of labour cess & GST)

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with 80/100 grade bitumen sealing the voids in bitumens surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (excluding cost of labour cess & GST)
