Providing and fixing pre-cast concrete Kerb Stone of grey cement based concrete block as per approved design, Kerb stone size 60 cm length, 30cm height and 15cm thick of M-25 grade concrete Vacuum Wet Pressed Kerbs, including fixing in proper line and level with by providing a mortar C:M 1:3 (1cement : 3 fine sand) for levelling, kerb like Half Battered, Chamfered type Kerbs, etc. complete as per Drawing. The rate shall include preparation of foundation with excavation in ordinary loose or soft soil with manual labour, including 50mm thick PCC M:15 in base below kerb stone and haunched with backing concrete PCC M:15 to side of kerb to support kerb to the required height including formwork required, including filling of floor joints of 5 to 10mm with cement/epoxy grount as approved, a fabric tape to be applying on surface before laying cement/epoxy grount. Sample prepared and must be approved prior to execution of work, site to be cleaning properly after completion, all complete per technical specifications, drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying of half brick masonry in common brunt clay building bricks having crushing strength not less than 35 Kg/Sq.Cm. in Cement mortar 1:5 (1- Cement : 5 -coarse sand) in foundation and plinth (A) Modular. Brick masonry to be done in gap below kota stone flooring between RCC Anchor Key edge to the Kota stone outer edge. All complete with all labour, material etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
