This BOQ template must not be modified/replaced by the bidder and the same should be uploaded after filling the relevent columns, else the bidder is liable to be rejected for this tender. Bidders are allowed to enter the Bidder Name and Values only.2. No Terms and conditions should be mentioned in the Quotation Sheet. If done so, the same will not be considered for any purpose. 3. The rates mentioned below is exclusive of GST which will be paid extra as applicable.4. Bidder should quote by selecting EXCESS OR LESS in the dropdown box and thereafter filling the percentage rate in figures only without any condition. In case party is intending to quote “at Par”, party must quote “0” in the space provided. Leaving the designated space for quoting percentage rate blank shall be taken as quoted “at par”. The party in their own interest should tally the quoted rate in words and quoted amount (in figures) which is displayed at the bottom of price bid sheet and calculated as per % rate quoted by the party. Name of bidder must also be provided at appropriate place in price bid.5. Bidders has to quote in plus or minus (+/-) percentage (%) of the estimated rates given in this tender. The band in this case is (+/-) 5%. Bidders quoting beyond this band will be summarily rejected. Bidders must ensure not to copy and paste figures /text from other excel-sheets / cells in Price Bid / BOQ, else their bids will be summarily rejected. 6. Rates are to be quoted on plus or minus percentage basis of the estimated rates of 14.2 kg cylinders provided by the Corporation. The quoted percentage is applicable to all the categories of rates. The estimated rates provided are inclusive of all taxes (except GST), applicable upto the date of closing of the tender, loading/ unloading/ stacking/ destacking at both ends. Toll Charges will be paid as mentioned in the Tender Document.7. Bidders to select \\"Not Quoted\\" in Select cell, in case they are not interested to quote for that particular capacity trucks.8. Duly filled Price-Bid (BOQ) is to be uploaded in the Financial Packet only. Else in case of uploading of Price-Bid (BOQ) in wrong place other than Financial Packet or changing the format of Price Bid, the entire Bid of the tenderer will be liable for rejection.10. Bidders are advised not to use Information Rights Management (IRM) feature on BoQ and any other excel file submitted during bidding process. IOCL shall not be responsible for any consequential result due to same.
