| 19 | Providing and fixing prefab cabins of required sizes with height of 3.25m from centre and 3.00 meter from side end having windows of requried ventilater. The cabin will have the following specifications. Wall and roof:- Wall and roof panel shall be made of G.I. Sheet of minimum thickness 0.63mm on both sides of 75mm thick EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) thermocol of 18 Kilogram per cubic meter density which is sandwiched between two sheets. The G.I. sheet will have protection of a layer of Poly raisin layer on inner side of G.I.Sheet and outer part would be sand coated. The panels are further fitted at G.I.U. channels of size 50mmx75mmx50mm size of 16 Guage thick G.I.sheets which are fitted on floor with the help of self threading screws. The wall and roof panel shall be anchored with the help of G.I. angle sections on both side of the wall which are tightened with the help of self threading screws and purlins will be provided at required intervals which are made out of rectangular hollow section 80x40x16 Guage. The walls will have four or required number of aluminum windows three tracks sliding of 0,90 x 0.90 metre size with aluminum grill as per requirement at site and having two shutter fitted with 4 mm thick modi float glass and one shutter fitted with fly mesh. The door will have on aluminum sliding door bolt 250 x 16mm size, two aluminum handles 125m size and two tower bolts of 200mm size and one aluminum door stopper. The corner of walls will have G.I.angles of 75x75x16 Gauge size fitted with the help of nut and bolt. Roof will have G.I.sheet Ridge cap of Size 10\\" x 10\\" x 16 Gauge. The roof will have projection of 45cm all-round the cabin. The edges of the roof will also be covered with G.I.U. shape channel of size 50x75x50mm 16 Gauge. Electrical fitting:- The inside of cabin will have one ceiling fans of 48\\" size of ISI mark (Bajaj), cropton, kethan or equivalent) and one exhaust fan of minimum dimension 225 mm, power 42 W, RPM 1400 of make Bajaj or equivalent and having two slim tube light fitting (4\\" size) with electronic chock of (Phillips, Bajaj or equivalent) and two fancy light having twin bulbs of 40 watts each as per the sample approved. In addition to above two three pin sockets points of 5 amp and two three pin socket points of 15 amp shall be give with switches and one points of cable shall be provided inside the cabin. The electric wiring will have one main switch of 32 amp ouside the cabin. One additional slim tube light with fitting shall be fixed outside the cabin having separate switch control near the door of the cabin on the outer side of the wall. The wiring and switches shall be ISI mark of reputed make and fitting with PVC battens. Finishing :- Finish shall be done with texture paint on outer side and plastic emulsion paint on inner side. The door shall be painted with enamel paint of approved brand. The work shall be executed entirely as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and the cost of cabin shall include all the work mentioned above and scaffolding etc. outer dimensions of the cabin will be paid. The size of the cabin can vary as per availability of site. Nothing extra shall be paid for any work which is found necessary for the execution of the work but the same is not mentioned above. The rates shall include the transporation, installations and all other taxes as applicable. |
