STP to be designed strictly in accordance with the latest CPHEEO and DPCC Manual guidelines. A. Civil Works *PCC/RCC platforms, equipment bases. * Tanks or prefabricated structures.* Allied structural and finishing works.B. Mechanical Works * Screens, reactors, blowers, pumps, diffusers. * Filtration systems, clarifiers, sludge handling units. * All treatment and process equipment.C. Electrical Works * LT panels, control panels, MCC. * Internal cabling, wiring, earthing, lighting. * Protection systems and safety devices.D. Instrumentation & Automation * Online monitoring instruments (SCADA). * Flow meters, level sensors, analyzers. * PLC system and web APP. * Control & automation integration.E. Piping Works * Interconnecting pipelines. * Valves, fittings, supports, and accessories.* Collection of waste water from toilets, kitchens, food court and disposal of effluent in forest areawith 18 % GST

Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Bidders shall also submit a separate detailed quotation for: * 24 Hours × 7 Days operation of the DSTP. * O&M period: 5 Years from date of commissioning. O&M scope shall include: * Skilled & unskilled manpower. * Consumables, chemicals, and utilities. * Routine & preventive maintenance. * Breakdown maintenance & spares. * Performance monitoring & testing. * Compliance with CPHEEO guidelines * Shifting / re-installation of plant during monsoon if required1st yearwith 18 % GST
