(Note:- (a) The trees branches etc will be left as it is & will not be carried away by the contractor/DEL as the wood belongs to CEO/DEO & they will be responsiblr to lift the wood. (b) Pruning of all tree branches in one tree shall be measured as one Job. (c ) Contractor will employ sufficient labour to complete the Job with in time as directed. (d) Contractor will be responsible for any type mis-happening/accident while pruning the trees. (e) Contractor supervisor will take proper shut down from MES installation before starting the work & clear it before resuming power supply. However, full assistance will be provided by MES staff. (f) The contractor will provide proper tools & safety to his staff for purning of trees. |
