M&L for taking down carefully window type AC of 1.5/2.0 TR capacity, any type/make, from window/wall and removing power connection and front PVC grills, air filters, cleaning, washing, removing dirt, servicing including chemical wash of cooling and condenser coil and re-assembling the dismantled components and fixing to its original position, complete all as directed.

M&L for servicing of split type AC/Tower AC of 1.5/2.0/3.5/3.8 TR capacity, any type/make, at site /wall and removing power connection and front PVC grills, air filters, cleaning, washing, removing dirt, servicing including chemical wash of cooling coil of indoor cooling unit and condenser coil of out door unit and re-assembling the dismantled components and fixing to its original position complete all as directed. Note : The cost of additional inlet/outlet copper pipes, drain pipe and electrical cord, if required and making good of surface as original by plastering / whitewash / colour / distemper etc is included in quoated rate and no extra payment will be made to contractor in this effect.

M&L for servicing of water cooler 40/80 or 60/120 ltr capacity, any type/make, at site and removing power connection and drain out water, cleaning, washing, removing dirt, including re-assembling the dismantled components and fixing to its original position and testing the machine to its optimum efficiency complete all as directed.

Note for Item No 01 to 03 : The servicing of item, as mentioned in ser no 1, 2 & 3, shall be repeated as and when required to improve the cooling efficiency of machine installed as per the direction of Eng-in-Charge.
