| 20 | Factory made glazed / polished chequered cement concrete tiles 250mm x 250mm x 25mm thick (with grey cement and pigments), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 21 | Coloured non skid porcelain tiles exterior grade 300x300x9-10mm thick heavy duty (Endura from Johnson or equivalent) as in floor, set and jointed in neat slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 22 | Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed. |
