Material & labour for repair and servicing to pump of capacity 100 HP by taking down from filter house, removing from its position carefully and transporting the same to the work shop, dismantling/opening the pump for inspection and repairs, and reassembling the pump as per the original assembly after repairs/replacing the worn out unserviceable parts such as impeller, shaft, sleeve, neck ring, diffuser etc with new one, including cleaning, lubricating, replacing the minor items like bearings at non-drive and drive end of pump shaft/ bushes, gland rope, packing materials, nuts, bolts, washers, studs, pins, lock nuts etc, necessary lathe work, silting assembling & transporting back to site and refixing the same in its original position after repairs including connecting back suctio/delivery lines with new gaskets including testing and commissioning in presence of Engineer – in – Charge.
