| 1 | Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by all manual /mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock,soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/ wedging out rock ( where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, complete including setting out true to the required line, grades, width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge at site according to the M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of un useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus / unuseful material to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transporation including head load or animals transport or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and hauling /carriage of machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures. Recovery for useful stone of 140.88 (one hundred forty cubic decimal eight eight) cubic metre at the rate of Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred) per cubic metre shall be effected from the contractors running bill on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public / private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 2 | Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil, comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock , hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 305.1 and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable / approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm one hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 3 | Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement: four sand: eight graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size ) and curing complete, excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 4 | Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ cement concrete in sub structure for all type of structure complete using plain cement concrete grade M-15 ( M fifteen) design mix with cement contents not less than 275 kg (two hundred seventy five kilograme) per cubic metre in or under water including curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work in abutments as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200, and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads , lifts and other incidentals .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 5 | Providing and laying flooring laid over cement concrete bedding complete using cement concrete block grade M-15 ( M fifteen) design mix with cement contents not less than 275 kg (two hundred seventy five kilogram) per cubic metre in or under water including curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work in flooring laid over bedding as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 1303 and curing complete including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 6 | Providing and laying ( to level or slope) 900mm dia (nine hundred millimeter ) diameter reinforced cement concrete pipes IS Class NP-2 for culverts in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 ( One cement : two sand) but excluding the cost of excavation, protection works, back filling, bedding concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 1101 and as per direction of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect. The rate including of octroi,royality,Malkana, toll tax , or other taxes imposed by the Government. |

| 8 | Providing laying spreading and compacting by manual means 75 mm (seventy five millimetre) compacted thickness broken /crushed of stone aggregate of size 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) Grading-II to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to hundred ) K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven decimal two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 cum (zero point two zero cubic metre) per ten square metre and binding material at the rate of 0.06 (zero decimal zero six) cubic metre per ten square metre to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 405 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate includes octroi,royality,Malkana,Tol tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 9 | Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (One cement : Two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size) in foundation and footing including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
