Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of indoor s/door,Cubical type L.T. Panel. The Panel shall be compartmentalized type having space and arrangement for incoming and outgoing cables/bus ducting, switchgear, insulated and properly supported compartmentalized bus-bars, interconnection between bus bars and switchgear with auxiliary bus bars/insulated conductors/strips etc. It shall be fabricated in 16G CRCA sheet, base frame 40X40X5MM angle duly painted with Siemens Grey Powder Coated paintas per specification Approximate Size of Panel H- 1900 X W-1575 X D- 500MM . Assembly of 400A TP&N 4 strip copper Bus-Bar (Vertical /Horizontal) & Earth strip through out the length of panel (current denesty ) of Aluminium Bus-Bar shall be 1mmx1mm=1.66 Amp} Al. shall be Electric grade DMC epoxy insulator . All Busbars links shall be covered / insulated with Heat Shirnkable sleeves of coloured coded Red,Yellow, Blue & Black Assembly Charges of Copper solid/ Copper flexible wire interconnection Busbar to MCCB/MCCB to field side for Cable termination duly covered/ insulated with Heat Shrinkable sleeves of coloured coded Red, Yellow, Blue & Black. All Interconnections of fields side are supported by conical, L & Finger type insulators of adequate size to support & sustain the weight of cables. Control Wiring with Copper Flexible Wire (size of control wire shall be 2.5 sq. mm copper flexible for C.T. Circuit & 1.0 sq. mm for Control Wiring) with thimbles printed sleeves, tie & belt etc. Assembly Charges of Accessories like Gasket, Doorlocks, Copper Flexible door earth, legend plates etc. as required complete in all respects and panel should be Approved/Tested from CPRI Lab and should confirm IS 61439. (EVA/KSB Approved equivalent make)
