Providing, laying and rolling of built-up spray grout layer over prepared base consisting of a one layer composite construction of crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder conforming to the line, grades and cross-section specified, the compacted layer thickness being 40 mm (forty millimetre) as per Technical Specification Clause 505 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.225 kgs (Zero decimal two two five kilogramme) per square metre on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty milimetres) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity grade-Ten) @ 5.50% (Five decmail five zero) per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 509 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm (Two decimal five millimetres) thick including reflectorising glass @ 250 (two hundred fifty grams) per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm ( two deciaml five millimetres) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC -35( thirty five) The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.
