| 1 | Excavation in earth work in hilly area in all heights and depths in all kind of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil, ordinary rock and hard rock all work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side,water pollution, etcetra and to protect stability of hill side track shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). all earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shallbe carried,out true tolines,grades,side slopes, width, camber super-elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge,in conformit with the requirement of MORD technical specification 2014 (two thousand fourteen) for Rural Road. clause 300, 1603 (three hundred, one thousand six hundred three) of General conditions for contract to achieve designed formation width including hauling and stacking of material useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal & dumping to be arranged by the contractor of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner,trimming,filling of unevenness,blindage and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer -in -Charge for smooth riding. The recovery for stones,whether useful or not, for 100.08 cum(one hundred point zero eight cubic metre) in all cases,@ rupees 300/- only(Rupees three hundred only) per cubic meter shall be effected on pro- rata basis. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall compensated by him in all cases.The rates are inclusive octrol,royality,Malkana, toll tal, or other taxes imposed by Government. |
| 2 | Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls ,breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil . ordinary rock, hard rock, chiseling/ wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited ) as per drawings and M.O.R.D technical specification clause 305-1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm(one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water ( surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of the Engineer-in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 3 | Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering 1:4:8 ( one cement : four coarse sand: Eight graded stone aggregate) 40 mm (forty millimetre ) nominal size all work up to plinth level including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 4 | Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement :three Sand :six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre nominal size) on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights and depths including cost of form work for plain concrete in drain and channel etc. open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 802,803, 1202 &1203 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . | 5 | Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 mechanically mixed (one cement : Five sand : ten graded crushed / broken stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre nominal size) and curing complete including the cost of form work with M.S plates for plain concrete on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights and depths. In retaining walls / breast walls as per drawing and technical specifications clause 802,803,1202and 1203 and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government . |
| 6 | Providing and Laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP2 900mm(nine hundred millimetre ) dia for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including providing and fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2(one cement : two sand ) but excluding excavation protection work back filling concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets Clause 1106, including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts other incidentals. | 10 | Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level up to all floor level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 ( one cement : one and half coarse sand : three graded stone aggregate 20 mm(twenty millimetre) nominal size). In foundation footing bases of columns and the like and mass concrete including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts .
