Providing, fabricating, and supplying Stainless Steel Dustbin with Inner Trolley System, manufactured from SS304 grade sheet of minimum 1.5 mm thickness for the outer body and 1.5 mm for the inner removable bin, complete with sloped front opening for waste disposal, lockable rear door with SS handle, and inner trolley mounted on 4 PU swivel caster wheels for easy movement and disposal. The dustbin shall have a minimum dimension of 450 mm x 450 mm x 1000 mm (H) with an inner bin size of approx. 400 mm x 400 mm x 600mm (H), supported on 25x25 mm SS square pipe legs with anti-rust treatment. The entire unit shall be machine cut, TIG welded, polished with matte/gloss finish, and supplied complete with hinges, cam lock, fasteners, finishing, and branding (MCF logo or as specified). The work shall be executed as per approval and complete in all respects, including fabrication, finishing, packing, and delivery at site.

Multi Play Station: -i. General Structure• The Multi Play Station shall be modular in design and suitable for outdoor use.• Structure shall be designed for 25–30 children at a time, aged 5–12 years.ii. Material• Main Frame with FRP Coated: Mild Steel (MS) tubular sections, minimum 90,75,48,34, mm dia, 2.5 mm thick, FRP coated.• Platforms: Made of FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) with anti-skid design.• Slides: FRP with smooth finish, minimum thickness 6 mm.• Climbing Frames: MS/FRP with anti-slip grips.• Roof/Canopy: FRP with UV-stabilized coating.• Fasteners: Galvanized / PLATING MS BOLT / SS bolts/ with safety caps.iii. Enclosed pivot hardware, anti-wrap bearings, rounded edges. Foundation with 1:2:4 RCC concrete blocks (minimum 400 × 400 × 600 mm), as per manufacturer’s design. Installation to be done with proper grouting and alignment-1 no.iv. Finishing• FRP coating / PU PAINT with non-toxic, lead-free colors.• FRP to be UV-stabilized, weather resistant.• Minimum 2-year warranty against rusting and color fading.

Supply and application of premium FRP multicolour coating on cast iron benches, with special artistic designs/finishing, ensuring a vibrant, weather-resistant and durable finish. The work shall incorporate the wording ‘Municipal Corporation Faridabad’ as branding along with serial numbering and Tender ID . This treatment enhances durability, prevents corrosion, and provides an elegant aesthetic appeal to enrich public parks and community spaces. The rates are including labour etc. for all the coating work at site and GST will be applicable extra. All artistic designs as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
