| 1 | Repairing/replacement of damaged protection relays at 18 Nos. 33/11 KV substations under Electricity Distribution Division, Hapur, including thorough inspection, testing, calibration, wiring, and commissioning of relays, and carrying out repair and maintenance of 33 KV VCBs, CT/PT units, control panels, and associated equipment; the work shall include fault diagnosis, servicing, tightening, replacement of minor defective components, cleaning, oiling/greasing (wherever required), restoration of control wiring, testing and proper functioning of all protection and control systems, and all allied works required for satisfactory operation of the substation. The rate shall be inclusive of all labour, tools & plants (T&P), testing equipment, consumables, minor materials, handling, and all incidental charges necessary to complete the work in all respects as per departmental standards and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 2 | Carriage/transportation of departmental materials from Electricity store center Hapur to work site under the jurisdiction of EDC-Hapur, 33/11 KV Substation Approx. distance upto 50 Km. including loading, unloading, stacking, and safe handling at all stages of transit; the work shall be carried out for all types of materials with due care to prevent damage and shall include all labour, vehicles, fuel, tools & plants (T&P), and all incidental charges required to complete the work in all respects. |

| 26 | Servicing and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems for proper opening, closing and tripping of 33 kV breakers, including servicing of 33 kV panels for correct operation of tripping, alarm and indication systems, providing and rectification of internal wiring with suitable control cables, lugs, ferrules of appropriate rating and colour coding, and ensuring proper interconnection between panels, DC charger, 33 kV breakers, CTs, PTs and associated equipment such as power transformer OTI, WTI, oil level indicator, Buchholz relay etc.; including maintenance of lighting arrangement in switchyard and control room and execution of other related works of 33/11 kV substation, as per directions of the site in-charge, complete in all respects with supply of all required nuts, bolts, clamps, lugs, connectors etc., along with all labour, tools & plants (T&P) and safety measures., with a warranty period of six months, and proper marking of repair date on panel and entry in maintenance register after rectification of fault. |
