| 1 | Rainwater Harvesting Structure —Precast RCC Ring Based Recharge Pit (6 Cum), Including Recharge BoreProviding, constructing, and installing a complete Rainwater Harvesting (RWH) structure of 6 cubic meters capacity using precast RCC rings, including all associated civil, filtration, and plumbing components. The work includes:> Excavation of pit of required size, including shoring, trimming, leveling, and safe disposal of surplus earth.> Providing and placing precast RCC rings (minimum M30 grade, tongue-and-groove or equivalent jointing system) to achieve required depth and > storage/recharge volume.> Laying PCC (M10) base of minimum 100–150 mm thickness and preparing a stable foundation.> Providing internal filter media layers (coarse sand, gravel, aggregates) as per approved grading and thickness.> Providing and fixing inlet pipeline, silt trap chamber, first-flush arrangement, inspection chamber, and overflow pipeline with required UPVC/HDPE fittings.> Providing & installation of recharge bore 150-200 mm dia, upto 15-30 mtr depth using rotary/auger method including well screens & casing of approved class.> Providing RCC/FRP cover slab, manhole frame, mosquito-proof vents, and safety features.> Backfilling around the structure with approved earth/sand and compacting in layers.> Restoring the site surface (pavers, tiles, soil, landscaping, etc.) to original condition.> Testing, commissioning, and submission of geotagged photos, as-built drawings, and documentation.> All labour, materials, tools, machinery, transportation, and safety provisions complete as required. |
| 2 | Rainwater Harvesting Structure — PPP Modular (Polypropylene) Based Recharge Pit (5 Cum), Including Recharge BoreProviding, fabricating, and installing a 5 cubic meter capacity Rainwater Harvesting recharge pit using high‑strength polypropylene (PPP) modular crates, including all allied works. The work includes:> Excavation of pit to the required dimensions, including trimming, leveling, shoring (if required), and disposal of excavated material.> Supplying and installing UV‑stabilized polypropylene modular crates (minimum 90% void ratio), assembled as per manufacturer’s guidelines to achieve required recharge volume.> Wrapping the entire crate assembly with non‑woven geotextile fabric (minimum 200 gsm) on all sides, properly secured to prevent soil ingress.> Providing suitable base preparation with compacted coarse sand/aggregate bedding layer.> Providing inlet pipeline, silt trap, first‑flush unit, connecting manifolds, and inspection ports.> Providing appropriate pipe connections using UPVC/HDPE pipes and fittings, including elbows, tees, couplers, saddles, etc.> Providing & installation of recharge bore 150-200 mm dia, upto 15-30 mtr depth using rotary/auger method including well screens & casing of approved class.> Providing necessary top cover (soil, pavers, lightweight slab, etc.) depending on load conditions.> Backfilling with sand/earth around the pit and restoring surroundings to original condition.> Testing percolation performance and submitting all documentation including geotagged photographs.> All labour, materials, tools, machinery, and safety measures complete as directed. |
| 3 | Rainwater Harvesting Structure – Plastic Aluminium Composite (PAC) Sheet Based Recharge Pit (4 Cum Capacity)Providing and installing a 4 cubic meter capacity recharge pit using Plastic Aluminium Composite (PAC) sheets as lining material, complete with all accessories. The work includes:> Excavation of pit to required size and depth, including dressing, leveling, and safe disposal of surplus earth.> Fabricating and installing PAC sheet panels (as per approved thickness/specification) to form a self-supporting lining structure with necessary ribs, stiffeners, and fasteners.> Lining the interior with approved filter media layers (coarse sand, gravel, aggregates) in correct sequence and thickness.> Placing non‑woven geotextile fabric behind PAC sheets (where required) to prevent soil migration.> Providing inlet connections, silt trap, first-flush mechanism, inspection chamber, and overflow arrangement with suitable UPVC/HDPE piping and fittings.> Providing & installation of recharge bore 150-200 mm dia, upto 15-30 mtr depth using rotary/auger method including well screens & casing of approved class.> Installing RCC/FRP/paver block top cover with lockable access as per load‑bearing requirement.> Providing mosquito-proofing, ventilation openings, and protective sealings for all joints and corners.> Backfilling with selected material and restoring the surface to original condition.> Carrying out functional testing of percolation and submitting as-built documents and geotagged photos.> All labour, materials, tools, machinery, equipment, and safety arrangements complete in all respects.
