In case of theft or damages (of any or all the tendered instruments) arising from manual mishandling, water exposure, fire, or blasting, etc the successful bidder shall be responsible for replacement of the subject instruments with the same instruments within 15 days from the date of such incident. In case, if repair takes more than 120 Hrs (72 Hrs + 48 Hrs), the contractor shall have to replace that particular DWLR with similar DWLR at his own cost & during the period non operation of DWLR, contractor shall have to upload the ground water level data of that DWLR exclusively on the server for that duration. Any penalty / environment compensation imposed by CGWA due to non functioning of the DWLR instrument / Telemetry system or non-availability of the data on the cloud portal shall be borne by the bidder. | 3 | Protection, Operation, Maintenance, Monitoring & allied services Charges: The contractor shall be responsible for smooth uninterupted operation, maintanance and protection of all the installations and instruments covered under this tender for entire duration of contract. In addition to that, In case of theft or damages (of any or all the tendered instruments) arising from manual mishandling, water exposure, fire, or blasting, etc the successful bidder shall be responsible for replacement of the subject instruments with the same instruments within 15 days from the date of such incident. In case, if repair takes more than 120 Hrs (72 Hrs + 48 Hrs), the contractor shall have to replace that particular DWLR or Water Level Sounder with similar DWLR / Water Level Sounder at his own cost & during the period non operation of DWLR, contractor shall have to upload the ground water level data of that DWLR exclusively on the server for that duration. Protection, Operation, Maintenance, Monitoring & allied services charges will be paid as per the availability of data on the server at a rate of daily Protection, Operation, Maintenance, Monitoring & allied services charges per day x nos. of days for which data is available on the server. k. The Protection, Operation, Maintenance, Monitoring & allied services charges will only be paid as per the availability of data on the server at a rate of daily Protection, Operation, Maintenance, Monitoring & allied services charges per day x nos. of days for which data is available on the server for all the DWLRs covered under this tender. Any penalty / environment compensation imposed by CGWA due to non functioning / non availability of the DWLR instrument / Telemetry system or non-availability of the data on the cloud portal shall be borne by the bidder. Such penalties will be recovered from the Bills of the bidder. Billing & Payment of Protection, Operation, Maintenance, Monitoring & allied services charges in lieu of invoice & duly certified LPC shall be made by Civil In-charge of concerned units on a Quarterly Basis on submission of bill along with Desired documents (i.e. the duly uploaded ground water level monitoring data on online cloud/portal as per CGWA requirement and routine site visit report & and additional emergency / breakdown visit reports, if any) by the successful bidder. The data of Ground Water Level shall be recorded through DWLRs & Water Level sounder & the monitoring reports & Geotagged Photos of Graound Water Level Monitoring through DWLRs & Ground Water Level Sounder shall be submitted to Work incharge as per his instructions. The contractor shall be responsible for Installation & Commissioning of Battery operated DWLRs along with all ancillary items and accessories. The contractor shall be responsible for Hassle free operation & Maintanence of Dedicated Online Web Server and continuous availability of ground water level data on the server throughout the period of contract. The contractor shall be responsible for smooth operation, maintenance, Repairing, Annual Calibration, Routine Maintenance Visits & Breakdown Visits of Service Engineer, Telemetry services(including providing sim card & recharge), Online Data Management Services, Battery services, faulty spare part / instrument replacement services, etc related to the DWLRs for entire period of contract at his own cost & without charging any amout to WCL. The contractor shall deploy 03 unskilled workers per day for all the 03 shits for the above purpose. The contractor shall be responsible to provide all safety instruments to workers as per rules at his own cost. There are mud conditions prevails at the Piezometer site during monsoon season, accordingly contractor has to provide gum boots & other facellities like torch lights, etc to ensure continuous Protection, Operation, Maintenance, Monitoring & alliedservice. As the above work is to be carried out in mine premises. The contractor has to provide training to his employees under VT rule at his own cost.
