Repairs/ comprehensive maintenance of VRF plants of DAIKIN make of capacity ranging from 12 to 20 HP (i.e 36 HP -02 Nos and 44 HP - 03 Nos) having various outdoor units of following capacity round the clock including maintaining the plants twenty four hours for desired temperature of 21+/-3 degree celcius without interuption including repairs/ replacement of damaged/ unserviceable minor/major all types of parts i.e controlling valves, copper tubings, nitrile rubber insulation, and all electrical/ electronics components, control wirings, sensors,Thermistors, thermocol inner packs,indoor/ outdoor fan motor windings, vibration pads, condensor Coil, PCB, Drain Pump, Blower, Motor, expansion Valve, addressing Board , Remote controller, Cooling Coil, Refrigerant Piping as per existing size, painting of rusted out door stands and connected accessories, drainage lines, pre filters control/ communication wirings, earthings, leak test, accessories of LT control panel and all other accessories not mentioned in this schedule complete all as specified and directed.
