| 9 | Supplying ,installation ,testing and commissioning of three phase high- pressure piston pump set (pump and motor) shall have a minimum flow rate of 80 liters per minute (LPM) and be capable of delivering a pressure range between 80 to100 bar.The pump shall have a minimum horse power of 20 HP and operate on a 415V, three-phase power supply. The rotational speed (RPM) of the pump shall be approximately 1450 RPM. It shall be equipped with a heavy-duty direct coupling for optimal performance and durability in continuous operations.The pump housing and all wetted parts must be made of corrosion-resistant materials suitable for high-pressure applications, ensuring long-term reliability and efficiency. Additionally, the pump shall have built-in thermal protection and vibration dampening to minimize wear and ensure safe operation in demanding, including supplying and fixing of all other accessories like NRV and header fittings, suitable size electric cable & wire , suitable size base frame, etc.complete as required etc., connection, Borewell, testing & commissioning etc.completeas required. The rates must include one standby pump without motor as spares.Two sets of pump in combination of 1W+1S mode for each 1 km length. |

| 12 | Supplying ,installation ,testing and commissioning of Reverse Osmosis (RO) system shall have a capacity of 2000 liters per hour (LPH) (and output water TDS upto 50 PPM) and be equipped with all necessary components, including high-pressure pumps, membranes, filters, and associated piping for efficient operation. The system will include a high- pressure pump capable of delivering the required pressure for optimal membrane performance, typically around 10-15 bar, with corrosion- resistant materials to handle water conditions. The RO membranes shall be of high quality, TFC (Thin Film Composite) type, with a recovery rate of up to 75%, designed to remove dissolved solids, contaminants, and impurities, ensuringhigh-qualitypermeate water. Thesystem willfeaturea pre-treatment stage withmulti-media and activated carbon filter storemove sediment, chlorine, and organic matter, ensuring the longevity of the membranes. It shall also include an anti-scalant dosing system to prevent membrane fouling. Post-treatment options, such as UV sterilization or ozonation, may be provided for disinfection purposes. The system shall be fully automated with a control panel for real-time monitoring, pressure gauges, flow meters, and safety features like low-pressure and high- pressure switches, ensuring smooth operation and protection of the components. The frame should be made from stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance, and the entire system must be easy to maintain, energy-efficient, and compliant with international water treatment standards. Including supplying and fixing of all suitable accessories for installation etc. as required. |
