M&L for machanized cutting and cleaning of vegetation and grass upto height 3 inch from ground level around the runway , taxi track and link roads of run way and other areas within Air Force Acamedy by providing 01 No 'D' type Jungle Jim having steel chain and bullet gear box alongwith tractor of capacity not less than 35 HP capacity and also including 01 Driver cum operator including necessary fuel / oil and lubricants etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Whereever movement of Jungle Jim is not feasible due to obstructions and at edges of pavement surfaces the same shall be cleared manually by bush cutter / grass cutter machine or in any other tools with manually complete all as directed.

M&L for Grass cutting /manual /Brush cutter for scapping around DTGM Boards , signage boards and edge of pavement surface etc where as jungle jim is not feasible to operate including necessary fuel / oil and lubricants etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Shoulder levelling &100mm thick soil filling on shoulder Kankar or laterite, spread,rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required Moorum/Red bajri, etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Desiting of drain (open/Closed) of any size by removing taking out silt, Sand, clay & sludge etc from the drain and removing the same to outside of MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggreagate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, Stone pitching grouted in cement mortar built in cement mortar of any descrition including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Boulder pitching, Boulders must be durable, hard, free from cracks, and not subject to weathering. Minimum Specific Gravity is usually 2.65, and it should be at least 300 mm in size, chiselled on all the sides to be fixed in a masonry pattern, usually on a slope or flat surface. Stones are placed by hand in a herring bond pattern, tightly packed. Joints or filling the gaps can be tightly grouted with cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
