Supply and fix aluminium strip 25 x 3.00mm with saddles and fixing screws, insulators rawl plugs etc for conductor for roof and fixed on wall upto test point, including taking down of old corroded strips,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm fixed with saddles and fixing screws, PVC dash fastners, insulators fixed from test point to earth on walls or burried in ground/drawn into hume pipe, including taking down of old corroded strips, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix single pointed air termination aluminium rod 12mm dia, 300mm long,including taking down of old termination rod complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze 75 x 75 x 25mm of 6mm thickness drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head brass screws including box of size 90 x 90 x 90mm made of 1.6mm plain sheet and screwed to wall for protection of test point, including taking down of old corroded box complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal grounded level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL connected to copper earth strip of size 20x3mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts washers of copper all as shown in electrical plate No-5 of SSR Part I connected to machinery/equipments installed power house/sub station all as specified including testing on completion.Note (i) the unit rate shall also include for excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pit RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover reinforced with 8 mm dia CTD bars @ 150mm C/C both ways funnel with 15mm bore GI watering pipe 20mm dia bore GI protection pipe wire mesh and copper lugs complete in addition to item No 1(a) to (e) of preamble ( Notes) Under sub heading earthing specified on SI page NO-451 of SSR Part-II 2020.(ii) Marking the earth chamber with date of test, name of machine and earth value.
