| 1 | Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning / Retrofitting, up-gradation and complete electro-mechanical refurbishment of existing Main Incomer Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs) of rated 3200 Amps, 4-Pole, EDO operated, 65 kA fault withstand capacity, duly equipped with microprocessor-based numerical protection releases providing comprehensive protection functions such as Over-Current (OC), Earth Fault (EF), Short-Time (ST) and Instantaneous (INST) tripping, ensuring reliable system protection, selectivity and coordination under abnormal operating conditions. The scope includes complete replacement and integration of panel instrumentation, comprising digital multifunction voltmeter, digital ammeter, phase indication lamps (R-Y-B) for real-time monitoring of system voltage, current and phase health. Provision and installation of TNC selector switches of 25 Amps, 2-Pole for safe and controlled auxiliary circuit operation. Supply installation and commissioning of Moulded case Circuit breakers (MCCB) rated 400 Amps, 4 pole, 36 ka complete with rotary operating mechanism (ROM) handle and spreadre links, to ensure dependable feeder protection and enhanced operational safety during switching and isolation. Installation of advanced Digital VAF (Volt-Amp-Frequency) multifunction meters for continuous monitoring of electrical parameters including voltage, current, power, frequency and energy, enabling improved energy management and fault diagnostics. The work further includes fabrication and installation of new aluminium bus bars, adequately sized and supported to handle rated current with minimal losses, along with replacement of existing front panel doors to accommodate upgraded equipment and ensure operator safety. Complete rewiring of control, protection and metering circuits, replacement of defective, obsolete or malfunctioning relays, and restoration of proper interlocking and control logic as per standard engineering practices. Final testing and commissioning shall be carried out using CRM test apparatus and secondary injection test kits, including functional testing of protection relays, timers and tripping circuits, ensuring conformity to relevant IS/IEC standards. Submission of comprehensive test reports, duly authenticated, confirming satisfactory performance and operational readiness of the complete system as required complete in all respects. |
| 3 | The prices of complete job as per the specifications above shall be inclusive of steel Items, minor Civil work etc. All sundry fittings, assemblies, accessories, hardware items, foundation bolts, terminal lugs for electrical connections as required, and items which are useful and necessary for proper assembly and efficient working of various components shall be deemed to have been included in this job, whether such items are specifically mentioned in the tender documents or not. |
