Repair of Propel motor armature,195 HP,475V,Make _GE a) Complete rewinding of armature with EC Grade DGC and associated works b) Re-stacking of the core if required c) Insulation & varnish with F class d) Rotor truness checking & dynamic balancing e) To perform all the required tests as per standard f) Replacement of commutator with new one g)One side transportation ( After repairs from your work shop to NMDC Bacheli) 1(A) Note:- Scrap has to be retained with repairer Kg 150.0 0.0 Salvage value of old copper (i.e. winding wire & commutator) which is removed from Armature ( (50 KG for Each Armature , Total =50 *3 =150 Kg)
