A concrete block of size 0.45x0.45m shall be made in the ground and MS tube of size 96x48x4mm is to be fixed inbuilt in the block. The MS tube in the concrete block portion shall be welded to reinforcement bars of 16mm dia in such a way that proper bonding and anchorage is formed between MS tube and concrete block. The depth of the concrete block shall be minimum 0.75m and increased till the Hard strata is exposed if required. The horizontal MS tubes shall be welded to the vertical tubes and GI profile sheet shall be fixed to the horizontal tubes. There should be no gap between ground and GI profile sheet. It shall be sealed with concrete. Suitable arrangement shall be made to fix the barricading to avoid from overturning by providing 250 mm long expansion fasteners at both ends. The work shall be executed as per drawing/ direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour, materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge. |
