The suction case shall be of close-grained cast-iron material. The motor should be three phase AC supply having nominal speed of 2900 RPM, 380 Volts + 15% of frequency 50 Hz + 3%. The motor should be totally enclosed squirrel cage induction type, water cooled and sealed against outside water being pumped. The windings shall be wet type water lubricated and provided with metal tilting thrust pad designed to take up all untoward load to most unfavorable running conditions. The Pump should be of Standard Make duly marked conforming to relevant BIS/IS standards/ codes with latest amendments if any. The job further includes providing and fabrication of adapter assembly made out of medium class MS pipe externally threaded on one end to the delivery size of submersible pump and flanged on other end to connect column assembly pipe, stiffened with stiffeners made out of MS Plate cut to shape of suitable thickness. The Job includes the cost of material and labour charges. Fabrication of the tie rod clamping arrangement for clamping the pump and motor to the upper adopter assembly, fabricated out of 40x6 MS Flat as per required size with turn buckle arrangement for regulating desired tension in tie rod clamp arm to hold pump motor assembly with column pipe well in position inside the tube well through adopter assembly. Fabrication of 100 mm dia. MS forged clamp 2 No’s for lowering the MS column pipes into the Tube well casing pipe. The clamp should be in the two halves and should have two holes on either side of the holding arm. The clamp has to be fabricated out of MS Flat of 100 mmx10 mmx 0.75 mtr. The Job includes the cost of MS flat for clamp 4 No’s with cost of material and labour etc. The Job includes coupling of pump and motor properly checking of movement of the pump, tightening of the adopter assembly to the delivery side of the pump tightening of tie rod and testing of the pump set in the testing pit at workshop. The job includes providing and fitting in position of MS column pipes 125 Mtrs made out of 100 mm NB medium class MS pipe Parkash/ Jindal/ Surya Make cut to length approx. of 3 mtr length each flanged on both ends stiffened with stiffeners made out of MS plate cut to shape of suitable thickness. The No. of column pipes of specified length should be sufficient to install pumping unit at its pumping position inside the Tube well including make-up piece and delivery bends etc as required as per site condition. The job includes assembling of Pump Motor including adopter assembly followed by assembly of column pipes one by one by way of providing and fitting of HT nuts & bolts with rubber gaskets to ensure water tight joints and lowering of the pumping unit to its pumping position inside the well. Providing and laying in position of flat 3 core copper submersible cable of length 250 Mtrs along column pipe assembly for connecting pumping unit set in the Tube well of sufficient length from pumping unit upto LT Control Panel for making electric connections for star delta starter with sufficient additional length of cable as per site condition. The Job includes patching of the cable existing sub. cable of motor by using patch rolls and insulation tape to make water proof for lowering of submersible pump unit, testing of submersible pump-set on full load by making connections of submersible cable of motor pump-set with the panel and checking/high testing of all the electro mechanical connections. The job includes providing and fitting of 100 mm size Class 150 CS Sluice valves and NRV – 1 No. each (make KSB, Kirlosker/ Kartar duly ISI marked) on delivery line with companion flanges, Nuts, bolts and rubber gaskets. The transformer oil to be used is to be ISI Marked conforming to IS 335 with latest amendments.3. Copper conductor: - The conductor should be 99.95% electrolytic copper.4. Container Gauge: - The quantity of transformer oil used and the size of container should be mentioned and sheet used for manufacture of voltage stabilizer should be 14/16 gauge and gauge of the sheet used for fabrication of panel should be 16/18 SWG.5. Instruments: - The voltage stabilizers should be fitted with MCCB (125 Amp) voltmeter, ammeter, selector switches, indicator lamps, high voltage and low voltage cut off relay, earth fault relay, single phase voltage preventer cut off alarm. The make of MCCB/fuses should be L&T / ABB /Schneider /Havells. The make of different relays should be Minilec/L&T/Siemens/Schneider. The voltmeter, ammeter, Selector switches and indicator lamps should be of AE make.6. Bypass Switch :- The equipment to be provided with bye pass switch (160 Amp) of suitable capacity of make such as Havells /HPL/L&T.7. Rotary Switch :- The Rotary Switch provided to adjust the output voltage of suitable rating and should be of reputed make and of heavy duty to withstand all the tests and working load. Testing: The firm shall provide all the test certificates mandatory for testing of Voltage stabilizer at manufacturer source as per IS standards. Painting: -Painting shall be done on voltage stabilizers in steel grey or light blue shade or of reputed make.Marking :-Stabilizers shall be marked with manufacturer’s name and trade mark on the plate fitted on the stabilizer indicating rating in KVA, range of input and output voltage, rated output current, frequency, number of phases, type of load viz. unbalanced input and balanced load, quantity of transformer oil and also the reference to the IS: standard.Design / technical details of the Voltage Stabilizers: - The firms are required to furnish details of design of the voltage stabilizers indicating number of primary and secondary turns with other relevant details.Deviation: - Any deviation from the prescribed specifications deemed necessary by the manufacturers for improvement in design, efficiency and performance of the equipment shall have to be suitably justified by the firm with supporting technical data.
