Hiring of JCB/Excavator for removal of Slips and boulders in all kind of soil i/c rocky portion and saturated soil and disposing of all excavated earth or un-serviseable materials from the road surfaces up to any leads and lift as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.The machine/JCB should work minimum 8.00 hours from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm daily and remove atleast 25 cum (Twenty five cubic metre) quantity of slips per hour. Any loss to the public/private property or any accident etcetera happened during the course of hiring period/execution shall be the absolute responsibility of JCB/excavator owner which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.The fuel and operational staff for excavator will be provided by the owner, The repair and spare, watch and ward of excavator also be borne by the contractor/owner.The daily log book will be maintained at site which should be duly verified by the Engineer-in-Charge.
