| 2 | Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( One cement : three sand: six graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charges. |
| 3 | Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1. 5 : 3 ( One cement : one & half sand: three graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:- |
| 4 | Foundation ,footing bases of column and the like mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges. |
| 5 | Lintle beams,girders,brassumers and cantilevers upto any floor two level etc. with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charges. |
| 6 | Providing mild / tor steel reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level including within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge. |
| 7 | Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 milimetre thick welding with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 milimetre so as to give fair finish including centering, shuttering and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below floor to ceiling not exceeding four metres and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- |
| 8 | Beam, cantilever, girders and lintles side and soffits of beams, beam haunching, cantilevers, bressumers and lintles not exceeding one metre in depth in all height within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charges. |
| 9 | Stone/Boulder filling dry hand packed under the floors complete job as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 10 | Fine sand filling upto tank base inside of beam complete job as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 11 | Providing and fixing Zinc Aluminum steel storage tank of capacity 50000 litrs with PUF/Nitrile Rubber insulation of required thickness,with HDG roof trusses supporting dome roof having minimum 3 degree sloped roof of Zincalume confirming to latest IS: 15961-2012 including all fittings including 1 No. liner, heavy duty ladder GI, 1 No Nylon rope and aluminum step ladder, access hatch on roof, inlet, outlet and over flow nozzles, level indicator of material approved by STAC and warranty of 10 years including fixing of taps under the roof on out let pipe complete in all respect as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |
