Complete rewinding of submersible motors by way of dismantling of motor, rewinding of copper wiring, varnishing fitting of motor and assembling with submersible pump set. Complete job including the cost of material, labour charges and all applicable taxes.

The work / job involves complete rewinding of stator of the three phase induction motors high speed 2900rpm/low speed 1400rpm frequency = 50HZ, by way of dismantling from pump set after cutting / extraction of old damaged / burnt copper wire along with insulating material. Providing of compete copper coil sets of required gauge and specifications made out of super enameled copper wire with high class insulation/PVC insulated wire of suitable size/gauge. The coils should be fitted after cleaning of slots by using superior quality of insulation material i.e. film paper of requisite thickness, of high Class insulation, special lathe ride sheet, glass/ cotton cloth of requisite thickness in order to get proper insulation between wiring and motor body. The coils after proper insulation in the slots shall be grouped in star delta connection and shall be connected to terminal box. After rewinding, motor stator shall be provided with minimum 2 coats of insulation varnish and shall be dried by natural air / hot air circulation. Making connection of motor with starter, checking of starters, switch gears installed at the station for protection of motor. After installation & testing of motor on full load at site, the firm shall be responsible for satisfactory performance of the motor for period of 03 months. The firm shall be responsible to repair / rectify any defect within guarantee period. Motors shall be dynamically balanced after coupling unit H.C. pump set in line. The job includes, dismantling, shifting, to & fro manually wherever necessary as well as transport carriages, to the stations/workshop. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, shifting charges, insurance of labourers if any all taxes as applicable in J&K UT. The old scrap shall be retained by the firm & rates quoted should be inclusive of rebate on old scrap.The motor shall be of following capacity:
