Providing, Fitting, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 01 no. submersible pump set at Tube Well Puran Nagar of specification 15000 GPH X 76 Mtrs by way of fabrication and fitting of 01 Nos. U – shaped tie rod / clamp which is to be fabricated out of MS flat and to be fitted with submersible pump by fabrication and fitting of bolts and nuts which are to be welded on both sides of the clamp. The job also includes fabrication of 01 nos. expander / reducer nipples for NRV of required size which is to be fabricated out of MS pipe threaded at one end and flanged at the other end. Fitting of reducer / expander nipple at one end with flange joint and with the discharge outlet (NRV) of the submersible pump at the other end. Job also includes Providing and fabrication of MS column pipes (4 no.) of required size(as per site condition) of length 10 foot each. Welding of pipes with flanges after cleaning the ends and grinding them for preparing the surface. Welding of the 8 no’s flanges of heavy duty to both ends of column pipes and then making of holes to match with other column pipes of tubewell. A side cut is to be made in each flange to accommodate the submersible cable and strengthening of flanges by providing and welding of thick cleats. Extraction of old sub pump set and then lowering of submersible pump set along with column pipes one by one by fastening the nuts and bolts and insertion of rubber insertion sheet. Making connections of sub pump set with the panel for testing of submersible pump set on full load at site.Job also includes providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 100 KVA, 3 phase, copper wound, oil cooled manual voltage stabilizer at Tube Well Puran Nagar. The stabilizer should be provided with 200 Amps MCCB for over load protection, voltage and current display for independent phases with selector switches along with RYB phase indicators. The stabilizer should be mounted on unidirectional wheels. Shifting of stabilizer to site of installation by means of mechanical transport. Unloading using hydra crane/skilled labor. Job also includes providing and fitting of single core copper cable 50 sq. mm dia. of length 15 meters from stabilizer to LT Control Panel including proper thimbling on both ends. Making necessary electrical connections and testing the stabilizer on no load and then on full load conditions. The job also includes providing and fitting of 3.5 core 95 sq mm (30 mtr) aluminum cable from transformer to main switch and providing and fitting of single core copper cable 50 sq. mm dia. of length 15 meters from main switch to voltage stabilizer at Tube Well Puran Nagar including proper thimbling on LT side of electric transformer.The job also includes providing and fitting of 3.5 core 95 sq mm (30 mtr) aluminum cable from transformer to main switch and providing and fitting of single core copper cable 50 sq. mm dia. of length 18 meters from main switch to voltage stabilizer/Panel at Tube Well Gole Shamshanghat including proper thimbling on LT side of electric transformer. Complete job including cost of material, labor and Crane charges and rebate on old parts etc.Job also includes improvement of electric sub-station of 100 KVA of Tube well Gole Shamshanghat by way of replacement of link set/D.O /L.A. set. Complete job includes 01 no. submersible pump set, tie rods, column pipes, nuts, bolts, rubber sheet voltage stabilizer, transformer oil, NRV, Aluminum cable, copper cable, link set/D.O set/L.A. set, crane charges, rebate on old parts, rebate on old copper and aluminium cables, rebate on old column pipes along with allied accessories etc. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
