Cleaning/servicing and Repairing of Hot & cold FCU’s (Fan Coil Units) installed at Ward No 3 and other locations i.e Store , Elect section , JE office, Gas Room and Main Plant operators Room - 25 No’s of GMCH Jammu by way of closing the inlet and outlet valves of the unit,,removing the insulation of the unit at flanges by unfastening the bolts of the flanges,draining all the water from the unit & pipeline and than Dismantling the coil unit of the FCU repairing the 08 No’s coils with the help of brazing process and assembling the coil unit after Proper testing for leakage. The job includes replacement of damaged Blower motors 5 No’s with new ones ,fabrication of stand -04 No’s for the same, and fitting the unit at original position. The job includes repairing of the M.S pipe of units by cutting the leaking / worn out portion with the help of gas cutter and grinding with the help of a hand grinder on both the cutting sides of the pipe , welding the new portion of the M.S pipe 40mm size about 15 mtrs.length ,along with M.S bends -08 No’s ( 40mm size ) in place of old rusted worn out pipe with the help of welding machine to stop the leakage from the pipe after completion of welding process fastening of flange bolts also supply and installation of MS Pipe insulation work with Nitile insulation 25mm thickness with required accessories like as adhesive finishing tape size 40mm -20RMT insulation work to be done on the pipeline. The job also includes proper leakage testing of the unit by filling the line and unit with water and removing air from the pipeline after trial run. . The job includes cleaning of the drain trays and drain pipes of all the units thoroughly till the drains are clear and also replacement of damaged drain pipes of 12 No’s of FCU’s. Repairing of the control panels by replacing contactor-01 No,Relay-01 No.indicators ,push butons and internal wiring of the panel .The job includes cost of material, skilled labour charges, Transport charges and all taxes.
