1. Removal of damaged silica brick lining2. Relining of Oxide Chlorinator (having 2030 mm ID and 2630 mm height) with three layers of fresh Silica bricks (Size: 260 X 130 X 75/65 mm; 260 X 130 X 65/56 mm and 260 X 130 X 56/46 mm) of about 6 cub.m3. Removal of old lining and re lining with 3 layers of fresh bricks constitutes one unit.4. Required Sodium Silicate; High purity Silica Mortar; tools and tackles required for the work is in the Scope of Contractor.5. Silica Bricks will be provided by Department.6.
