Cleaning, sweeping, of corridors, passages,lift lobbies (including entrances), staircases,basements, and all other common areas on allfloors. All areas are to be thoroughly andmaintained in a clean and hygienic condition.This item includes the cost of all necessarycleaning materials, such as, brooms, and othertools and equipment required to carry out thework effectively. Any fines or challans issuedby MCD, NGT, DDA or any other statutoryauthority on account of unsatisfactorycleaning or maintenance will be borne solelyby the contracting agency.

Cleaning & sweeping of roads, berms,footpaths, parking open drain, parking, openspace, grass paver, badminton court collectionand disposal of garbage/waste to thedesignated dumping ground complete as perdirection of Engineer-in-charge.Note: This item includes the provision for anEnvironmental Assistant equipped withcleaning tools such as nariyal brooms, kassie,khappachi, bamboo sticks, a rickshaw andother required tool as required.

Supply and dispersal of Bleaching Powder,including transportation, handling, anduniform dispersal at locations as directed bythe Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall becarried out as and when required, ensuringproper coverage and adherence to safetyprotocols. All tools, labour, and incidentalmaterials necessary for the execution of thework shall be provided by the contractor tocomplete the job in all respects to thesatisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Deployment of 4 nos belder/khallasi with tricyclericksaw of good condition for disposalof garbage of household waste from dustbinwithin housing to nearby MCD FCTA ondaily basis as per direction of Engineer-incharge

Cleaning of corridors, staircase area lift lobbyby mopping machines as per site requirementto maintain the site cleaner up-to mark asdirected by Engineer-in-charge.

NOTE:i. If the work of cleaning and sweeping is found unsatisfactory or not done any day, a penalty ofRs.23,496.00/- Only shall be imposed on the contractor and no payment shall be made for thatday. In this regard the Decision of Engineer-in-charge will be bounding and final.ii. If any challan is issued by any civic body, MCD, NGT, DDA or any other statutory authority dueto not cleaning the site, it will be borne by the contractor.
