| 2 | Operation and maintenance of 11KV /433V IMSc complex substation and connected equipments in Round the Clock Shift ( I, II, III and general shift as indicated in section-II point 1.0) Maintaining in Round the Clock shift including general shift and carrying out operation and maintenance of substation and associated electrical equipments. Recording of shift every hours electrical power related readings, inspection and recording various equipments log book and maintenance of daily consumable stock register and to maintain the power feeders and systems in normal and healthy conditions. |
| 3 | Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of all electrical equipments as directed by engineer in charge. |
| 4 | Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of various HT and LT equipments and its connected feeders etc, LT cables and wires, PDBs, LDB's, HT & LT breakers, Transformers, Lifts, CCTV systems, Fire alarm and fire fighting systems, Telecommunication systems, feeder pillars, replacement of LT power accessories and etc., Handling, Operation and maintenance of Audio and video systems. Earth pits like cleaning, measuring of Resistance values and etc. |
| 5 | Preventive and breakdown maintenance of Street light fittings and garden light fixtures like, Cleaning of Luminaries, replacement of lamps, chokes, capacitors, terminal blocks at Junction box, gland work, lugging and Shifting of materials, termination and Shifting of ladders etc as instructed by engineer in charge. The scope of work includes all new maintenance works with new wirings, cablings, DB fixing and supply and fixing of all accessories as directed by engineer-in-charge. |
| 6 | Attending Day to day maintenance like fuse off calls, loose connections, replacing defective lamps, switches, sockets, ceiling fans, Exhaust fans, MCB, ELCB fault, Geysers etc, at various distributions. |
| 7 | Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of battery bank of all DG sets battery chargers, UPS and STS switches, all UPS batteris and lilavathy quarters inverter batteries.Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of Solar panels including cleaning of solar panels and water purifiers. |
| 8 | Operation and maintenance of 1 x 500 KVA, 1 x 320 KVA, 2 x 250 KVA DG sets and AMF panels. Fuel collection, transporting, lifting, loading and unloading in daytanks. |
| 9 | Maintenance of various log books, complaits register, daily material consumption register, night shift log book, day to day shift various log books, AC plant maintenance log book, fire alarm system log book and etc., as directed by engineer in charge to maintain electrical systems healthy. |
| 10 | Operation and maintenance of Datacenter Precision AC units, centralized AC plants, Air handling units, cooling towers, pump sets, water pipelines, Packaged AC units, Split AC units, Deep freezers, installed in IMSc premises as directed by engineer in charge.
