| 68 | Material and labour for Routine periodical maintenance/servicing of heighmast light assembly of 10/12/14 Mtr height complete including all consumables items like cotton, waste cloth, kerosene oil,oil, Grease etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and comprising of the following :-(a) Checking, cleaning and lubrication of double drum winch machine (manual/motorized) (b) Inspection of SS wire rope (3/5 mm) including greasing and checking for wear/tear.(c) Checking of pulley system, guide rollers and safety locks.(d)Tightening of foundation bolts and mast segments.(e)Checking of lantern carriage alignment and balancing. | 70 | Material and labour for taking out heighmast lights upto 18 Mtr height pole and Shifting of the same from one place to another place at a distance upto 2 KM as directed with mechanical hydra and install the same by providing PCC foundation as per OEM recommendation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note :- (i)The cost of material such as PCC foundation , base plate , nuts , bolts etc for installation of pole is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the items.(ii) Cost of the transportation is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the items. |
