Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should bemade as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for (concelaed Type) point wiring including necessary chase cutting of wall for one light/fan/call bell point with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated (FR-LSH) unsheathed copper cable multistranded conductor 1100 volts grade controlled by one way switch including 1.5 sqmm PVC (FR-LSH) insulated unsheathed copper cable multistrand conductor 1100 volts grade for continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly drawn through and including PVC conduit and making good the distrubed surfaces as per the existing complete all as specified and as directed.Note: A. Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board.B. The Rate of point wiring includes the following :- (i) Copper wire (ii) PVC Conduit with accessoreis (iii) Chase cutting

M & L for concealed type point wiring with 2.5 sqmm (Nominal Area) FRLS PVC insulated un sheathed multi stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade, in and including PVC conduit medium duty (ISI marked) not less than 20 mm dia with accessories such as bends, cross, elbow, tees etc. of suitable size including continuous earth wire FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 2.5 Sq mm(nominal area) copper multi-stranded conductor, 1100 Volts grade, connecting to common earth and earth dolly for 16 Amp socket complete all as specified and as directed.
