| 18 | Detecting of fault of HT UG cable (any place any length any type /size) with help of vehicle mounted cable fault locator including detecting exact location of cable fault and remove of cable for rectification. Note:-Cable fault locator shall be aggranged within 2 days from of inimation by Engineer-in-charge otherwise Penalty of RS 2000/day will be levised for each day of delay for for every segment of cable . If fault not located no payment shall be made to contractor. |
| 19 | Disconnecting and taking out existing HT 11 KV (VCB) from housing and cleaning, rubbing and overhauling the mechanical parts including greasing, oiling, replacement of unserviceable Trip coil, Breaker charging motor, gear pinion, roller switch, big gear checking of SF6 quality of vacuum interrupter, insulation resistances, static contact resistance etc and re-assembling the same after requir and made the VCB serviceable including making all electrical connection and testing (IR value, Ratio test, polarity test) and connection verification of 11 KV current transformer (set of three) by PRIMARY INJECTION KIT and testing and calibration of relay (set of two over current and one earth fualt) by SECONDARY INJECTION KIT including all other functional tests of the VCB, C&R panel and CTs, PTs. complete all specified and directed. Note :- (i) All spares parts of VCB panel shall be measured and paid for separately under relevent item as supply only. (ii) The repair work and testing of VCB shall be carried out by the representative of OEM only.(iii) Relay test record shall be submitted with signature of Engineer in charge,JE and Contractor. |
