The job shall be carried out with safety precaution equipment and with strict supervision complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note: (i) The service provider/ contractor during the mechanized operation shall be equip with gas monitor, nylon rope ladder, torch light and compressed blower etc alongwith the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction / jetting machine. (ii) Mannual cleaning operation is prohibited. (iii) The rates quoted by the contractor are deemded to be inclusive of moblisation of \\"Super Sucker\\" machine, water for jetting, T&P, supervising engineer, operater (skilled driver/technical staff/manpower) and allied infrastructure required for smooth functioning of machine and operation. (iv) The T&P as and when brought by the contractor based on site requirement, the concern site executive shall take a photograph of machine alongwith the supervising staff. (v) A register shall be maintained by the contractor showing the machine No/Veh No and their deployment at site mentioning time and date duly signed by concern JE, Engr-in-Charge and contractor. The same register shall be produced while claiming the payment by the contractor. |

The clealing shall be carried out with mechanised operation by means of diesel/ electric operated vehicle mounted hydraulic operated high pressure suction-cum jetting machines fitted with pump of required requisite capacity and the sludge sucked out with supper succer machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal site. The sludge deposited in sewage line shall be fully cleaned and disposed off the same outside the MoD land at any distance and without any additional cost on the same day when it was taken out. The job shall be carried out with safety precaution equipment and with strict supervision complete all as directed. Note : (i) The depth shall be measured from bottom of manhole upto the top of liquid level. (ii) The tenderer shall engage the above mentioned T&P and intimate to Engr-in-Charge in writing with machine No/ Vehicle No etc for their record and prior approval to GE. (iii) The T&P as and when brought by the tenderer based on site requirement the concern site executive shall be take a photograph of machine alonwith the supervising staff i.e JE's and contractor's rep etc and shall kept in record with date. (iv) A pucca bound register shall be maintained showing the machine No/Vehicle No and their deployment at site mentioning time and date duly signed by concern JE, Engr-in-Charge and contractor and the same register shall be produced while claiming the payment by the tenderer. |
