| 5 | S&F in repair self adhesive retro reflective tape any colour 80 to 100 micron thick (High intensity micro prismatic grade type-IV confirming to ASTM D 4956-04 for background and lettering, lines dashes, arrows, comma, full stops, symbols etc of size and shape required cut in electonic plotter as directed and fixed to any type of board provided complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- 3M or equivalent conforming to IS as approved by the GE.Note:- a) Height approximately up to 12.00m , and it includes scaffolding and safety materials etc . b) The area of each letter, with the overall size of letters, shall be considered for measurement and payment purposes. |

| 8 | Racking out old expansion joints except fillers board and back up rod and cleaning and removal old material dirt etc. completely from joints and filling 20mm to 30mm wide and 30mm deep expansion joints (25mm to 40mm) with polyurethane/Polysulphide based sealant compound including applying primer with min Movement Accommodation Factor (MAF) ± 30% confirming to the requirement of BS-5212, BS-4254 and EN-141875-2003 for Hydrolysis/ Water resistance test including 2 coats of primer complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 9 | Racking out old Construction (Dummy) joints ( 10mm to 25mm ) except fillers board and back up rod and cleaning and removal old material dirt etc. completely from joints and filling 12mm wide and 30mm deep dummy joints with polyurethane/Polysulphide based sealant compound including applying primer with min Movement Accommodation Factor (MAF) ± 30% confirming to the requirement of BS-5212, BS-4254 and EN-141875-2003 for Hydrolysis/ Water resistance test including 2 coats of primer complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 10 | M&L for cutting out old cracked portion of bitumen surface, pot holes etc on runway surface to minimum 50 mm depth and cleaning and removal old material dirt, loose particles, foreign materials etc with compressed hot air completely applying priming coat with bitumen emulsion and filling with premix Dense Asphaltic Concrete ShaliPatch of M/S STP or equivalent and applying two coats of ShaliSeal RS TC over compacted ShaliPatch and allow ShaliSeal TS TC to dry complete. Work shall be carried out by an authorised applicator as per the manufacturer’s instructions. and complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note:- (If the pot hole is more than 50 mm deep, apply a 50 mm layer in succession, and each layer will be measured and paid separately.) |
| 11 | M&L for Racking / Cuting out of old cracked portion of bitumen surface on runway/paver joints etc to 50mm deep and 50mm wide cleaning and removal of old loose material, dirt, etc., completely, applying priming coat with bitumen emulsion and filling with premix bituminous concrete, ShaliPatch of M/S STP or equivalent and applying two coats of ShaliSeal RS TC over compacted ShaliPatch and allow ShaliSeal TS TC to dry complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- An authorised applicator shall carry out work as per the manufacturer’s instructions. |
| 12 | M&L for Cutting Existing surface of rigid pavement surfaces of runways upto 50mm deep any size by using a mechanical saw cutter/diamond bit cutter with straight and smooth edges. Preparation and cleaning of the surface by removing all loose gravel, dirt, oil, grease, and foreign matter by jet of dry air. Applying Self-levelling modified Elastomeric Concrete, ShaliPatch EC10 of M/S STP Ltd or equivalent after applying primer with Shali Prime S / Shali Prime 2E SF of M/s STP Ltd or equivalent as per manufacturer’s instruction and finishing the surfaces to match with existing surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed.
