(iii) The contractor supervisor will report to concerned JE E/M at 0900hrs daily to collect the list of defects and will submit the completion report on following day before 0900hrs to the JE E/M. |
| 67 | (iv) The contractor has to rectify the defects and make the AC of any type /water cooler/ desert cooler functional within 24 hours from the time the list of defective spares of AC of any type /water cooler/ desert cooler is handed over to him / his rep by the concerned JE E/M. In case the AC of any type /water cooler/ desert cooler is not made functional for whatsoever reason within the specified time limit, an amount of Rs 500/- per such complete pending complaint per day will be recovered from the amount due to him through RAR / Final Bill. The contractor shall engage separate team of technicians / repairer for IWS,Quality centre,ASL, DOCMP.(v) The contractor shall maintain proper record of repair / maint in a binded register duly bringing out the details of spares replaced on each and every AC of any type /water cooler/ desert cooler and get it authenticated from concerned JE E/M on daily basis. The contractor shall put up the maint record register to Engineer-in-charge for inspection every Monday or as and when asked for. (vi) The contractor shall maintain sufficient stock of spares / material required for repair / maint of AC of any type /water cooler/ desert cooler with the concerned JE E/M against Sch 'A' items.(vii) The contractor should submit the copy of qualification,Experience as AC mech of any type of summer appliances and police verification certificates while sigining the site orders.(viii) The contractor is fully responsible for providing the safety standards to be maintained by the electricians while attending the AC of any type /water cooler/ desert cooler/electrical defects.(ix) The AC Mech and helpers should be properly dressed and should wear shoes, gloves and face mask while on duty, necessary hand sanitizer should be provided.
