1	Removal of following existing unsv components of various MES/ FD/DB/TP/MAP furniture items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, screwing welding, providing hinges, denting, placing everyparts intact as applicable as per drgs as directed,(B) Work will be executed where the furniture exist in difference user units/ md accn of BSO BB Cantt including BSO’s furniture yard as directed.(C) Bamboo pin will be used by making hole. No nails will be used.
2	Charpoy GI pipe ply top: FD-220:-
3	12 mm thick plywood top BWR grade as per existing shape and size with 10 Nos shunken nut/bolts ,appropriate hole shall be made with elecrtic drill machine complete rest all as per drawing and as directed
4	S&F 895 mm long stifnner made FI of size 40x5 mm thick duly painted with red oxide primer complete all as directed. Fabrication as per item drawing.
5	Repair of unserviceable long rail as cutting, threading and replacement of old unserviceable long rail of 32 mm dia Medium grade GI pipes ISI Marked all as specified and shown on drawing, complete all as specified and directed.
6	Replacement of unserviceable short rail from charpoy GI pipe 32mm bore but \\"except pipe\\" including cutting threading etc as required and directed.Note : Pipe shall be used from unserviceable long rail obtained from item No 1(c) here in before.
7	Replacement of unservicable legs from charpoy GI pipe 32mm dia but \\"except pipe\\" including cutting threading etc as required and directed with bottom plug made of MS Round disc and flat iron clamp 02 Nos for FMN set duly painted with two coats of black paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : Pipe obtained from ser item No 1 (c) & (d) above shall be used for this items.
8	Removing of old unserviceable 3 way elbow and supply and fixing of new 3 way elbow GI 32mm bore ISI Marked weight not less than 400 gram each.
9	All as per serial Item No 2.05 here-in-before, but Removing of old unserviceable Check nut GI from charpoy GI pipe and supply and fixing of new Check Nut GI 32 mm bore weight not less than 100 gram each.
10	Welding work wherever required as directed.
11	Replacement of old us Nylon newar from Charpoy GI Pipe, tightening of loose components of complete charpoy and S&F new plywood top 12mm thick BWR grade ) ISI marked of required size fixed with mild steel galvanised iron nuts and bolts of required size and suitable length, S&F two stiffeners 895 mm long made out of MS flat iron, 40x5 mm duly painted with two coat of black colour synthetic enamel paint over a one coat of red oxide primer to be fixed over the long rails by drilling holes in flat iron and long rail . Total 10 nos Nut and bolts with washers shall be used for fixing of plywood top complete all as directed.
12	Repair and painting of Almirah steel Large with Shelves and duplicate keys (Drg 67 M, FD-339, FD-351, FD-1031):-
13	Supply and replacement of locks MS 6 lever brass fixed with nuts and bolts with duplicate keys of approved quality (As per sample kept in B/S Yard).
14	Taking down old unserviceable legs from almirah large steel and S&F of new legs as per drawing.
15	Supply and replacing of handles chromium plated of approved quality.
16	Supply and replacing of bar round 8mm dia which is operating three way locking system, complete all as specified and as directed.
17	Supply and fixing of clips with screws to the shelf wherever required and specified and directed.
18	Scrubbing the 100% old paint from Almirah large steel with shelves and Spray painting with Ist quality synthetic enameled paint two costs from out side and one coat from inside including removing of dents, proper aligment, wedlding where necessary filling putty and smoothing of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.
