Servicing and Overhauling of 450HP Horizontal Split case Pumps, make Wilo Mather and Platt by dismantling, Removing the Pump Split top Casing, dismantling the rotating assembly, taking to workshop, Removing old bearings, Checking the bearing housings for wear and tear, Cleaning and Refitting bearings housings (NDE & DE), Checking shaft for alignment on the lathe Machine and sleeves for wear & tear. Disconnecting the coupling halves and checking for alignment. Checking for casing wearing Rings for wear out , Checking mechanical seal mounted for leakages, its tightness or any damaged to sliding surfaces, Sealing rings, bellows, diaphragm or other components. Reassembling the Impeller shaft Assembly, balancing rotating assembly, transporting back , realigning with motor , fitting coupling, split casing, laser alignment of Pump set, taking trial run etc. Complete as directed by Eng ineer-in-Charge . (Excluding cost of Supplying new Bearings and Required Spare parts. )
