| 6 | Design, engineering, detailed structural analysis, procurement of materials, fabrication, supply, transportation, loading/unloading, handling, and complete erection/installation of prefabricated steel biodome structure with all stell members T sections conforming to IS 1161/IS 4923 / IS 1239 with minimun yeild strength of 240 MPa (YST 240). The Work Includes Surface Prepration, application of HDG and Installation using high tensile strength nuts and bolts cutting, bending, welding, fastening, surface treatment (galvanizing/powder coating/painting), provision of all fixtures, UV-stabilized conducting all necessary inspections and testing (structural stability and performance) and commissioning as per approved design and relevant standards; all inclusive of labor, materials, machinery and incidental works required for complete and satisfactory execution of the biodome structure, complete as per the calculations, drawings and as per direction of Engineer-in-Chief. |
| 7 | Providing and fixing 4 mm thick clear Polycarbonate Sheet of approved make, having minimum 10 years manufacturer’s warranty, including cutting to required size, drilling, fixing with suitable screws, washers, rubber gaskets, sealants and all necessary accessories complete as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 8 | Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) Hot finished welded type tubes trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of all labour, equipment and materials to various location of site through all modes of transportations in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.
