Providing and fixing decorative feature wall paneling made of 25 mm thick HDHMR board(Action,/Cross Bond) base, including preparation of back supporting frame with suitable wooden battens/Aluminium sections, complete as per approved design and pattern. The exposed surface shall be finished with Duro/Green veneer facia of approved shade and grain, including necessary adhesives, edge banding, sanding, and high-quality PU polish finish (matt/satin as approved).The item shall also include formation of decorative vertical panels, recessed niches (1.50 Feet), and grooves, provision for concealed LED strip lighting, fixing of shelves, and integration of decorative elements wherever required, complete in all respects as per site conditions and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate shall include all materials, labour, fittings, polishing, framing, cutting, wastage, scaffolding, and finishing, complete.Note: Measurement shall be taken for the front elevation area of the feature wall only.
