| 1 | Upkeepment of 100 KVA 3 phase manually operated voltage stabilizer installed at filling station company bagh Jammu. The job includes disconnecting of burnt incoming and outgoing power cables and fitting new one. Dismantling of the stabilizer by lifting of transformer assembly from the oil tank with the help of chain pulley block and manual labour. The job further involves topping with fresh T- Oil 180 liters. Making of power connections after proper thimbling of the electrical cables. Testing the voltage stabilizer on full load. Job also includes servicing of 125 KVA DG Set and allied works installed at Filling Station by way of dismantling of all the components of the engine. Also draining out of engine oil from its chamber and cleaning/ flushing out the chamber from inside using cleaning chemicals. Repair to its both the heads by way of grinding and fitting of valve guide, valve seats and valves. The job further includes providing and fitting of crank shaft, main bearing set, linear piston set 2 Nos., intermediate hosing, Large end bearings-2 Nos., short end bearings-2 Nos., connecting rod-2Nos., engine oil pump-1 no., cam shaft-1 No., cam gear-1 No., governor assembly-1 No., o-rings, oil seals, diesel filter, engine oil filter. Replacing blower assembly and worn out fan belt. Refitting it on base frame. Then idle running the engine. Job also includes repair to the FIP by dismantling it from the engine and cleaning it properly by replacing damaged worn out parts viz. nozzles, elements and delivery valve. Providing and fitting of new 2 Nos. nozzles, 2 Nos. elements and 1 No. delivery valve providing and fitting of cam plate, TD piston, lever shaft, oil seal, roller, ACC bush -1 No. each and calibration of fuel pump. Fitting of FIP, filters and hose sets, filling of M-oil and coolants (provided by the department). by way of draining old M-oil from the engine after cleaning/flushing out the chamber from inside using cleaning chemicals also coolant in place of old coolant. Job also includes dismantling of radiator assembly from the genset with providing/fitting of new parts in place of old/worn out parts i.e. Water body-01 no, water body pulley-01 no., radiator mounting, hose pipe set, complete Job includes repairs to fins, tubes and then joining the cracked corners by binding solution to prevent leakage and fitting of the same to the vehicle after cleaning, testing and repairing of radiator fins, cleaning and then fitting of radiator to the genset. The job further includes providing and laying of internal control wiring. Job includes servicing self by way of dismantling, washing with petrol and replacement of damaged parts such as self field coil, self armature, self drive pinion. Also providing/ fitting of new alternator in place of the damaged one. Complete job including cost of material, labour charges & inclusive of all taxes etc. Less rebate on a/c of old parts.
