Demolition of cement concrete in floors, pavings, plinth protection and sunken portion and removing debries out side MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, mass concrete and sunken floor treatments, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Water proofing treatment to sunken slab /floors/walls etc and shall be carried out as specified below and as directed.(a) Cleaning the sunken portion of Toilet/bath/WC/Kitchen throughly to remove the laitance, dirt etc and thrown out side the MD land. (b) Form angle fillet of size 50 mm x 50 mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar, Apply one coat of polymer coating on all angle fillets by brush and cover it with 100 mm open glass fibre/geotextile fibre mesh when it is still wet. Apply second coat of the same coating on the angle fillet and allow it to dry completely. Make:- PIDILITE (Dr fixit Pidicrete URP)/ ASIAN (smarcare repair polymer) /FOROC/BASF/SIKA. (c) Sanitary pipe entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with bitumin based seal tape / epoxy bonding agent and gaps to be grouted with non shrink cementitious grout . Nahani traps etc to be fitted securely and gaps around it to be grouted in the same manner.
