Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (DSR 6.1.1)

Brick work with machine moulded perforated F.P.S. bricks of class designation 125 conforming IS : 2222-1991 in exposed brick work including making horizontal and vertical grooves 10mm wide 12 mm deep complete from ground level upto plinth level in cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). (DSR 4.1.2)
