| 12 | Chemical anchoring of rebars of 10 mm dia with min embedment depth of 150mm in concrete at all locations, positions and levels including drilling the hole, cleaning the hole and anchoring the new rebar as per manufacturer's specification (using Fosroc Lockfix E77 make or equivalent) including cutting and removing of existing reinforcement bars if required including all labour, equipments, materials, incidental expenses etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.Note : Reinforcements for anchoring shall be separately paid in relevant item. |

| 15 | Supply, fabrication and installation of 6 mm thick MS chequered plates of E250 grade for ETP/STP O&G chamber, manhole cover, etc. as per approved drawing and specifications including applying two coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coat of Epoxy corrosion resistant paint of approved make, colour, etc. and all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. | 16 | Providing and fixing aluminium powder coated sections conforming to relevant IS standards with ISI mark of minimum 25 microns for doors, windows/ventilators with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate other sections of approved make, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P. brass/stainless steel screws, American handle with lock, tower bolts , hinges/ pivots, weathering strip, anchoring of bottom section to floor using necessary fixtures and sealing the joints with silicon sealant etc. all complete as per drawings (shop drawings are to be submitted by contractor and got approved from Engineer-in-charge) including all materials, labour charges, equipments, consumables, incidental expenses etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Glazing, panel board etc. shall be paid for separately) |

| 21 | Providing and erecting 0.50 mm thick Galvalume profile roofing Sheets with ISI mark of approved color (SMP Coated Sheets) manufactured with steel of yield strength 550 MPa., with metallic coating of 150 gsm Zinc Aluminium including all accessories like hexa-head self drilling screws of required size at every crest with EPDM washers as per approved drawing and specification. The end and side laps shall be as per specification and sealing of laps/ends with silicon non-hardening type sealant, including 0.50mm thick ridge and valley as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, including testing for leakages etc. complete. |
