CC lining work of Main canal (450 mtr.) work includes Earth work in foundation in dry ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 m. and lead upto 30 mtr. ,Laying Local Sand in cross section of Channel bed of 1.6 mtr ,1.5 mtr slope of canal , 0.5 mtr bank of canal section. ( Side & Bed) , Centring and shuttering for casting of Longitudinal beam , Panel beam , Supplying & Laying LDPE Film 200 micron of Ist Grade, Laying of CC 1:2:4 CM, with stone grit 75mm thick Concrete in Bed and Side Wall including mixing with vibrator and Proper Curing in CC Lining Work , back filling of soil after casting of CC work including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the structure and the sides of foundation , and into the plinth with removal and disposal of surplus earth , Filling construction joint by max fault 43% coarse sand 55% asbestes powder 2% , Cement plaster work 1:4 cm in canal section including all cost of material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work as per drawing and directed by the Engineer - in charge at Rajapur Pump Canal Kanpur nagar.
